Solid-Design refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8978-EHL-2888 placed with Solid-Design on October 21, 2023. I paid $874.15 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Queenie Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 03, 2025 05:12After my initial complaint, Solid-Design contacted me to troubleshoot the organic produce box. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
