Refund refused by TrueSupply International
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with TrueSupply International's device that I purchased on February 16, 2023 from your South Jarredmouth, Minnesota store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dagmar N., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 30, 2025 05:36I'm updating my complaint because TrueSupply International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the sweater, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
