I am writing regarding order #ORD-3461-YCW-3715 placed with TrueSupply International on May 14, 1972. I paid $22.71 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stefan T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because TrueSupply International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the dress shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
