I am writing regarding order #ORD-3461-YCW-3715 placed with TrueSupply International on May 14, 1972. I paid $22.71 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stefan T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
