I paid $180.60 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stella F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Domain & Partners León finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smart thermostat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
