I am writing regarding order #ORD-8084-KEC-8562 placed with Domain & Partners León on August 7, 1986. I paid $180.60 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stella F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
