On June 27, 2024, I signed up for Fusion Logic's repair service at their Gavinshire, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $430.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wanda R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
