On January 29, 1981, I signed up for Prestige Land Partners São Luís's premium plan at their Carrollberg, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $898.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Scotty E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
