I purchased a solution from Prestige Land Partners São Luís on November 22, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Edison C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 17, 2025 05:37Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $386.33 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
