Misleading advertising by Trade & Central

I purchased a gadget from Trade & Central on October 18, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Curt J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 26, 2025 05:46I've received an email from Riley Thompson at Trade & Central offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The winter coat was clearly defective from the start.
