On September 20, 2007, I signed up for Domain & Development's training session at their West Adolphus, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $171.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Linwood I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Domain & Development has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
