I want to report a serious concern with Domain & Development's gadget that I purchased on August 31, 1972 from your North Katelinton, South Carolina store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marlen Q., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $272.79 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
