I have been a loyal customer of The Summit Class for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-1978-UYY-9364) on May 13, 1981, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
