False promises made by Emporium & Place representative

I have been a loyal customer of Emporium & Place for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-1816-GQM-3332) on May 24, 2021, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 26, 2025 06:01After my initial complaint, Emporium & Place contacted me to troubleshoot the handbag. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
