Misleading advertising by Abode & Ventures

I have been a loyal customer of Abode & Ventures for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-2835-UHU-6061) on December 4, 2013, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
