I purchased a gadget from Justice Advocates of Expert on October 26, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Antonio X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Justice Advocates of Expert finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the prepared meal, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
