Quality issues with Bright Advancement Lab product

On March 27, 1975, I signed up for Bright Advancement Lab's support package at their Lake Liza, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $166.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Terry L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 18, 2025 05:36I've received an email from Richard Thompson at Bright Advancement Lab offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
