I want to report a serious concern with Bright Advancement Lab's service that I purchased on April 20, 1997 from your South Destini, Nebraska store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alisha M., but my issue remains unresolved.
