On September 27, 1973, I signed up for Bright Advancement Lab's training session at their West Harrisonland, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $142.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zoe N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
