I am writing regarding order #ORD-2225-UDZ-2066 placed with The Mega Retail Depok Holdings on January 10, 2019. I paid $818.90 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Claud O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 16, 2025 05:36Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $81.81 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
