I want to report a serious concern with The Mega Retail Depok Holdings's subscription that I purchased on April 4, 1974 from your Bartonbury, Maine store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cloyd C., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because The Mega Retail Depok Holdings finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the handbag, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
