I purchased a unit from The Med Living Group Delhi on January 13, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Joshua I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
