I am writing regarding order #ORD-7736-WCP-6991 placed with Buy & Plus Bordeaux on May 8, 1990. I paid $242.65 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Selena C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
