On January 23, 1989, I signed up for Buy & Plus Bordeaux's installation service at their Lake Lilyanborough, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $348.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Frederique P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, Buy & Plus Bordeaux contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
