I have been a loyal customer of Artisan & Table Kitchener Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8039-HZY-3765) on January 5, 2017, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Artisan & Table Kitchener Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
