I purchased a solution from Artisan & Table Kitchener Group on April 19, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lamont O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 28, 2025 05:53I've received an email from Jessica Davis at Artisan & Table Kitchener Group offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
