Unresolved issue with Advocate, Advocate & Group product

On May 15, 2004, I signed up for Advocate, Advocate & Group's upgrade service at their Port Nicolasmouth, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $241.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brianne X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
