On April 6, 1996, I signed up for Authentic Fare Bistros's maintenance program at their Lake Yasmeenmouth, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $870.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Katelyn O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
