I want to report a serious concern with Goods & Spot's accessory that I purchased on July 28, 2018 from your Nikolausview, Kentucky store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Regan Q., but my issue remains unresolved.

I want to acknowledge that Goods & Spot has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $79.96 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $79.96 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
