On July 16, 1996, I signed up for Med Specialists's return process at their Emardfurt, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $132.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delaney Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Med Specialists has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their repair service.
