I want to report a serious concern with Eats Specialties's solution that I purchased on March 2, 1992 from your Lake Georgeview, Hawaii store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jarret N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Eats Specialties finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jeans, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
