I want to report a serious concern with Hospital Group Corp.'s service that I purchased on June 3, 2014 from your Bergechester, Tennessee store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Austyn V., but my issue remains unresolved.
