I have been a loyal customer of Hospital Group Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7809-BIK-3282) on February 10, 2001, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
