Hospital Group Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Hospital Group Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-1421-GMY-5238) on December 2, 1984, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
