Expert Builders Development refused to address issue

I've received an email from William Miller at Expert Builders Development offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The laptop was clearly defective from the start.

Deliver a replacement from our newest production line 3. Extend your warranty by an additional 12 months 4.
