Frustrated with Builders Solutions Enterprises's lack of response

On August 29, 2019, I signed up for Builders Solutions Enterprises's upgrade service at their South Misaelfurt, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $838.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deontae B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
