I purchased a device from College of Achievement on November 1, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Reynold B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
