Unresolved issue with College of Achievement product

I have been a loyal customer of College of Achievement for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-2553-EBB-9526) on December 8, 2000, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 28, 2025 05:38I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The winter coat from College of Achievement not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
