I have been a loyal customer of Prime Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9216-PTT-1268) on July 11, 1970, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 19, 2025 05:22I want to acknowledge that Prime Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $446.65 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $446.65 for a tablet that never worked properly.
