Poor customer service experience with Prime Group

I want to report a serious concern with Prime Group's plan that I purchased on July 9, 1979 from your Schoenbury, Kansas store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marcella U., but my issue remains unresolved.
