I purchased a package from Nano Ware on June 25, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Christelle V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
