I am writing regarding order #ORD-6454-PHJ-7539 placed with GreenEnergy Solutions on January 18, 1995. I paid $746.50 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marta F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
