I am writing regarding order #ORD-1218-DLR-2730 placed with GreenEnergy Solutions on March 9, 1997. I paid $339.5 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rhianna F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 25, 2025 06:05After my initial complaint, GreenEnergy Solutions contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
