I am writing regarding order #ORD-9139-VUL-7691 placed with HomeServices Pro on May 20, 2007. I paid $743.46 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tanya J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from HomeServices Pro, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my winter coat. This is extremely frustrating.
