I purchased a unit from ScienceTech Academy on June 13, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zoey A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Alex Thompson from the Client Relations at ScienceTech Academy, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
