I want to report a serious concern with ArtisticMinds Institute's application that I purchased on September 26, 1986 from your Abernathyfurt, Oregon store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eudora F., but my issue remains unresolved.
