I am writing regarding order #ORD-5121-EFE-8621 placed with ArtisticMinds Institute on November 10, 2022. I paid $344.50 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jazlyn F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
