I want to report a serious concern with CareerPath Coaching's solution that I purchased on March 24, 2011 from your Lake Nestorville, North Dakota store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rodolfo R., but my issue remains unresolved.

After my initial complaint, CareerPath Coaching contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
