I have been a loyal customer of LanguageMasters School for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2179-SRT-8085) on October 20, 2021, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
