I have been a loyal customer of GameZone Entertainment for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-6324-HDS-6608) on December 24, 2006, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
