I purchased a solution from FreshGrocer Market on June 23, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adaline T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
