Misleading advertising by AirConnect Shuttle

On August 27, 1987, I signed up for AirConnect Shuttle's upgrade service at their West Ineschester, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $194.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sarai C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
